The concept behind The Creative Billboard is to use art to dull the pain of being stuck in traffic—an everyday inconvenience for most Angelenos.

The billboard was located in the East L.A. neighborhood of Silverlake, at the busy intersection of Sunset Blvd. and Silverlake Blvd. The project was promoted extensively online and through social media channels.
