Brand identity and art direction for the Venice Beach-based Sunset Gazpacho Company.
Gazpacho is a cold refreshing tomato soup that the Spanish enjoy at all times of day. Though it’s certainly made its way to America, Carolyn Schneider and Sergio Abuja of Sunset Gazpacho wanted to launch their own modern take on the recipe in L.A.
The brand identity and custom logotype stand in stark contrast to the traditional vibe of most Spanish Gazpacho brands. Design elements borrow from a Spanish color palette, a California juice aesthetic, as well as the bold refreshing nature of the product itself.
